DESIGN PROCESS
CHF offers a complimentary one hour in home consultation to discuss topline wants, needs and initial ideas. Following, a budget is determined between client and firm (we allot an appropriate amount of no-fee hours in this process). Upon contract, we’ll schedule an in studio consultation to review and align on project design board, overall palate and timeline estimate.
STAGING APPROACH
CHF takes a customized and hands-on approach to increase the marketability of a home. We always meet with the owner and/or agent; collaborating directly to design and highlight the listing for prospective buyers with a goal of creating a home they can envision living in.
